what other kinds of springs can I fit onto my 93 Yj ? Like Ford F 150 ? Toyotas ?

Phil, why dont you start off with longer shackles? typically I wouldn't recommend this, but since you wheel and drive only a few times a year, you can get about 2'' of lift with longer shackles, that way your tires will tuck for sure.
