what all is there needed to regear? is it a complete gear change or is it just the ring and pinion?

i'd like to regear....going to see how the 410's handle the 35's first and then decide. some guys with JK's with 410's have got the hypertech programmer and seemed to be pleased with the output. They are probably in Florida or some shat and have no mountains to climb. don't know, 410's with auto should be alright. hell the jeeps come stock with a 32" tire.
